Thank you for contacting us.

• It must not have been used.
• It must not have suffered any kind of damage.
• It must have the company label attached and be in its original packaging.
• It must have the warranty seal attached.

If these conditions are not met, your return may be refused.

Please follow the procedure below to return your order:

Prepare the return by placing the items in their original packaging and placing it in a suitable package.

Attach the label you received to the outside of the package and take it to your nearest USPS office.

We will process the refund once we have received and checked the return. Processing times are 5-7 business days.

Process complete! Return shipping is prepaid, so you will not need to make any payment at the time of collection.

Returns incur a €5 charge, which will be deducted from the refund along with any initial shipping costs, if applicable.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have received a product and are not satisfied with it, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date.

You can return your order, or part of it, at a cost of €10.00.

If you reside outside the European Union, you can return the goods within 14 days of receipt. The return cost varies depending on the country of shipment and is summarized in the table below. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, warranty seal intact, and original packaging still intact. Once the warranty seal has been removed or cut, the product can no longer be returned, even if it meets all the other requirements listed above.

H-brands.com will not be responsible for customs duties or taxes for shipments outside the EU. For all these countries, customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
