EASY RETURN

Our customers' satisfaction comes first; making a return is quick and easy.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased product within 28 days from the date of delivery.

The only conditions we require of you are inherent in the product:
    • It must not have been used
    • It must not have suffered any kind of damage
    • It must have the company tag attached and be equipped with its original packaging
    • Must have the warranty seal attached

 Follow the following procedure:

Returns have a charge of €5 which will be deducted from your refund. You can return your order within 28 days of the delivery date.

PASSAGE 1

Prepare the return by storing the items in their original packaging by placing it in an appropriate package.

PASSAGE 2

Cut out and fill out the return form you received with your order and place it in the package.

PASSAGE 3

Cut out the return address coupon found on the return form and paste it on the package. The shipping of your return is prepaid so you will not have to make any payment.

Book a Bartolini courier pickup by calling your nearest branch or directly from www.brt.it

Choose for the charges to be paid by the recipient or report this customer code: 1391897.

PASSAGE 5

You're done! We will process the refund by withholding the 5€ cost once we receive the return. The processing time is 5 business days.


All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, worn, washed, with tags, warranty seal and original packaging still intact. Once the warranty seal has been removed or cut, the product can no longer be returned even if it meets all other characteristics listed above.

The refund does not include the cost of shipping the order.

Contact our customer service department requesting a return label. Print and paste the label on the package. The label is prepaid, so you will not have to pay any amount to the courier.

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service department to ship your return. Please note that return shipping can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at our location in Italy.

You're done! We will process the refund once we receive the return by withholding 10€. The processing time is 5 business days.

If you reside outside the European Union, you can return goods within 28 days of receipt. The return has a cost that may vary depending on the country of shipment and that you find summarized in the table below.
