If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.

- It must not have been used
- It must not have suffered any kind of damage
- It must have the company tag attached and be equipped with its original packaging
- Must have the warranty seal attached
In case these are not met your return may be rejected.
Below is the procedure for making a return of your order:
PASSAGE 1
Prepare the return by storing the items in their original packaging by placing it in an appropriate package.
PASSAGE 2Adhere the label you received outside the package and take it to the nearest Poste Italiane point.
PASSAGE 3We will process the refund or ship the goods exchange once the return is received and checked. The processing time is 5/7 business days.
PASSAGE 4Procedure completed! The return shipment is prepaid so no payment will need to be made at the time of pickup.

Returns have a cost of €5 which will be deducted from the refund along with outbound shipping costs, if any.

It is possible to return the order, or part of it, at a cost of €10.00.
The cost of the return and outward shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

The return has a cost that may vary depending on the country of shipment and that you find summarized in the table below. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received: unused, worn, washed, with tags, warranty seal and original packaging still intact. Once the warranty seal has been removed or cut, the product can no longer be returned even if it meets all other characteristics listed above.
H-brands.com will not be responsible for customs fees or taxes for extra EU shipments. For all these countries, taxes or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
